CoOrdiMed is an original system in use for over twenty years. It was designed to support and enhance accurate communication of medical and health information. It may also be useful for helping people raise their awareness of healthier lifestyles.
The original low tech version of CoOrdiMed was designed for use in the late 1980s and early 1990s. We have now developed it for electronic hand held devices which will be available soon on the iTunes Store for iPhone, iPod and iPad use.
Whether people use low tech or electronic versions they report the same results: successful prevention mistakes and an evolving awareness of ways to improve their ‘healthstyles’.
Mindful use of the CoOrdiMed benefits health care professionals and health care users alike. Although designed for autonomous users, versions for children and seniors who require some assistance will soon be available. The system complements other forms of public and private health and medical information systems.
